the story
Hi, I’m Leah Broach—a leader, speaker, and writer with a deep love for Jesus and a passion for purpose. I believe life is meant to be both beautiful and meaningful, where faith fuels our steps, integrity shapes our choices, and love defines how we lead.
With years of experience training leaders across the U.S. and speaking on platforms globally with The Alliance, I’m passionate about equipping others to step into their calling with confidence and compassion. Whether we’re leading ourselves, our families, or thousands, authentic leadership is about service, wisdom, and the courage to do what’s right, even when it’s hard. Strength and kindness aren’t opposites; they belong together, shaping the way we influence the world around us.
But I am more than a leader. I am also a mama and wife who strives to live authentically in my career and at home. I believe home is a place of peace where the people within it feel welcomed and wanted, where everyone is seen, known, and loved. Whether I am redesigning a room, cooking meals, or working in my garden, the same principles apply—faith, intentionality, and beauty in the everyday. I am working to make our home reflect the same values, creating a space where love and meaning take root.
Deeply connected to our Southern heritage, our family now lives in Northwest Ohio. Though the landscape has changed, the values remain: faith, hospitality, and a strong sense of belonging. I bring a blend of warmth, humor, and steadfast faith to everything I do. Whether coaching leaders, speaking on faith and leadership, or building a home life that reflects the things that matter most, my goal is to encourage others to love deeply, lead boldly, and live beautifully.
