welcome to my table
Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a child. Instead of watching Saturday morning cartoons like most six-year-olds, I would wake up early to watch the Frugal Gourmet, dreaming of becoming a TV chef one day. Now, I take pleasure in sharing my kitchen and table with others. I have an extensive collection of thrifted cookbooks that I love reading but will never get through them all! Occasionally, I post "cooking with Leah" reels to fully embrace my childhood dreams.
The table is a meeting place, a gathering ground, a source of sustenance and nourishment, festivity, safety, and satisfaction. A person cooking is a person giving: even the simplest food is a gift.
