I've experienced the effects of both excellent and poor leadership in my professional life. As a woman often working in male-majority environments, I learned quickly to discover and utilize my leadership voice, engage in ongoing professional development, and collaborate with experienced and up-and-coming leaders to multiply impact. These principles have all proven crucial to my growth and achievement.

I now serve on a national leadership development team working with leaders across the US. I am passionate about multiplying excellent leaders that affect positive change in the world. Leadership is empowering others, and great leaders learn early that influence expands when it's collaborative and not hoarded.
