As a woman often working in male-majority environments, I learned early how to discover and utilize my leadership voice, prioritize ongoing professional development, and collaborate with both seasoned and emerging leaders to multiply my impact. These principles have shaped my growth and success—not just in leadership but in all areas of life.

Today, I serve on a national leadership development team, working with leaders across the U.S. I am passionate about multiplying excellent leaders who drive meaningful change in their organizations, communities, and beyond.
